# Delete workflow

> Delete the source file of a workflow that is no longer needed; returns the acknowledgement ok: true.

`deleteWorkflow(projectReference: String!, workflowId: String!, input: WriteTargetInput): SourceDeletionResult!`

Requires project.runs.write.

## Response

Returns [`SourceDeletionResult!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/sourcedeletionresult). Open the type for its fields and nested types.

| `ok` | [`Boolean!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/boolean) | Always true: the deletion completed. A failed deletion is a GraphQL error. |

Types marked with `!` cannot be null. Lists use `[Type]` notation. The [type index](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/schema.md) lists all published input and response types.
