# Create environment domain

> Add a custom domain.

`createDomain(input: CreateDomainInput!): Domain!`

Requires project.domains.write.

## Arguments

| `domain` | [`String!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | Yes | Custom hostname. The hostname must resolve to Veryfront before it is attached. |

## Response

Returns [`Domain!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/domain). Open the type for its fields and nested types.
