# Get invitation

> Return an invitation.

`projectInvitation(projectReference: ID!, invitationId: ID!): ProjectInvitation!`

Requires project.invites.read.

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Required | Description |
| - | - | - | - |
| `projectReference` | [`ID!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/id) | Yes | Project UUID or slug. |
| `invitationId` | [`ID!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/id) | Yes | Pending invitation ID in the selected project. An inaccessible or other-project invitation is not\_found. |

## Response

Returns [`ProjectInvitation!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/projectinvitation). Open the type for its fields and nested types.
