# Get sandbox environment snapshot

> Get the sandbox environment.

`sandboxEnvironment(sandboxId: ID!): SandboxEnvironment!`

Requires project.sandboxes.manage.

## Arguments

## Response

Returns [`SandboxEnvironment!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/sandboxenvironment). Open the type for its fields and nested types.

| - | - | - |
| `env` | [`StringMap!`](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/types/stringmap) | Variable names copied into the sandbox from its environment, with redacted values. |

Types marked with `!` cannot be null. Lists use `[Type]` notation. The [type index](https://veryfront.com/docs/cloud/graphql/schema.md) lists all published input and response types.
