| `projectId` | [`ID`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/id) | No | Deprecated: Use projectReference. |
| `fileReferences` | [`[String!]`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | No | File paths or UUIDs. Omit/null commits all pending changes; \[] commits none. |
| `branchReference` | [`String`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | No | Branch name or UUID. Omit/null selects main. |
| `expectedVersionId` | [`ID`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/id) | No | Expected persisted version UUID; requires exactly one selected file. |
