# ProjectCollaboration

> Response type in the GraphQL API.

| `seats` | [`ProjectCollaborationSeats!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/projectcollaborationseats) | |
| `overCapacity` | [`Boolean!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/boolean) | True when active plus reserved seats exceed owner seat capacity. |
| `collaborationAllowed` | [`Boolean!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/boolean) | Whether the project owner entitlement allows collaborators. |
| `canInvite` | [`Boolean!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/boolean) | Owner entitlement allows collaborators and a seat is available. Does not indicate requester invitation permission. |
