# UploadMetadata

> Response type in the GraphQL API.

| `path` | [`String!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | Project-relative storage path. |
| `fileName` | [`String!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | File name from the upload record. |
| `contentType` | [`String`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | Stored MIME type, or null when unspecified. |
| `size` | [`Float!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/float) | Declared file size in bytes, from 0 through 9007199254740991. |
| `url` | [`String`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/string) | API content URL; access depends on upload visibility. No cloud-storage signed URL is generated. |
| `status` | [`UploadMetadataStatus!`](/docs/cloud/graphql/types/uploadmetadatastatus) | Upload lifecycle state: pending, active or failed. |
