Terms of Service

These Terms of Services (“ToS”) govern the use of the Veryfront services provided by Coder Society GmbH (“Coder Society”, including the Veryfront software, tools, solutions, designs and interface templates that are included in the services from time to time (jointly the “Services”).

The Services are made available on (the ”Website”). You may not use the Services unless you agree to the ToS which sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Services and the license granted to the legal entity you act for (such entity “User”) herein.

By creating an account on the Website, you for the User accept these terms and conditions.

Prerequisites for the Use of the Services

The Services are applicable solely to legal entities. The Services will not be provided to consumers.

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into the ToS and to form a binding agreement on behalf of the User. Further, you represent and warrant that neither you nor the User have previously been suspended from our Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept the ToS on the User’s behalf. Parties to this agreement are Coder Society and the User.

The User may only use the Services in accordance with the at every time applicable laws and regulations.


When the User starts a project, Coder Society grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services, including but not limited to software and designs, on the terms and conditions set forth herein and, if applicable, embedded in the source file in each project the User starts.

If the Services to any extent comprises open source or third party software, any applicable license to such software applies next to the ToS.

The User may in no event alter the embedded license terms, nor remove or alter the Veryfront trademark or proprietary information provided by Veryfront in the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Coder Society owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Services, designs, any related software (unless held by a third party or is open source) and any other intellectual property rights in the Services.

Coder Society will develop and maintain the Services. Any such amendments, improvements and modifications of the software or other intellectual property rights are held by Coder Society, including any changes or modifications which are developed or created as a result of contacts with, or suggestions, from the User.

By entering into these ToS and the license terms, the User obtains no rights to the Services or pertaining intellectual property rights except as specifically set forth herein.

Price and Payment

The User may use some of our services as a free subscription, others will be available for a fee, at the price applicable from time to time.

The price plan is available at and may be subject to change from time to time. Any change of price will affect any and all projects deployed thereafter. Any project deployed prior to such change will continue to enjoy the same price applied to that project from the outset.


In order to use the Services, the User must provide Coder Society with a valid email address and other information. Any given information must be true, accurate and complete. The User must update any information which is or has become inaccurate. If Coder Society has reason to believe that any information provided by the User is inaccurate or false, Coder Society has the right to suspend the User’s account as further stipulated below.

As an account holder, the User will choose an authentication method during the registration process. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials and account. Further, the User is responsible for all activities that occur under its login credentials or in its account.

In the event of unauthorized access to the User’s account, the User shall notify Coder Society in writing without delay and take immediate action to ensure that the security of its account is restored by rotating its login credentials. Coder Society is not liable in the event of any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of the login credentials.

Personal Data

By creating an account, the User may be submitting personal data to Coder Society. All personal data is processed in accordance with Coder Society’s Privacy Policy.

If the User is a personal data controller and Coder Society GmbH will be processing personal data on its behalf, the User must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with Coder Society GmbH prior to Coder Society´s processing of such personal data.


Coder Society has the right to collect and analyze data which relates to the User’s use of the Services, however only in aggregated form. The purpose of the processing of such data is to improve the Services. The aggregated data may also be shared with partners and third parties. No personal data will be shared with third parties.

User Content

By using our Services, the User may post or upload content to the Services, including for example designs, music, films, photos, text, software or other materials (“Content”). By submitting Content to the Services in any way, the User grants Coder Society a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive and free license to host, store, transfer, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Content, in order to provide the Services. The User will retain all rights to the Content and to data submitted by the User in the Services.

The User is solely responsible for any Content provided by it to the Services (whether uploaded, transferred, posted or otherwise made available through the Services).

By posting and publishing Content, User represents and warrants that:

  1. The User owns or has the right to use the Content in the Services; and
  2. The Content does not infringe or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; and
  3. The Content is not slanderous or libelous.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coder Society and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the Content as further set forth below.

Third Party Content

Coder Society will not continuously view or control the content or data provided by the User or other users of the Services. Coder Society does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content, or its suitability for use.

Coder Society shall have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, move or delete any Content and/or third party content (“Third Party Content”) that is available via the Services, if, in Coder Society’s sole discretion, it may be considered to violate the ToS or the license terms, or which may be in violation of applicable law or is otherwise objectionable.

It is solely the User’s responsibility to ensure that any Content or Third Party Content the User submits in any way to the Service is accurate and lawful, and that the use of the Content is risk free.

The User acknowledges and agrees that Coder Society may be obliged due to mandatory law or binding decisions by authorities to use or remove Content, or to disclose Content to third parties. Coder Society may also use, disclose or remove Content, if Coder Society reasonably believes it is required to do so, or if necessary in order to respond to any third party claims or other legal proceedings. Further, Coder Society may use, remove or disclose the Content in order to protect its legal rights or the security and functionality of the Services.

Technical Information

The User acknowledges that its use of the Services, and the processing of the Content may involve transmissions over several networks. It may further involve changes in order to adapt to technical requirements pertaining to the connecting networks or devices.

Coder Society is in no event liable for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services.

Term and Termination

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the subscription period for both the Free and the Paid Plan is 30 days. It will automatically renew for 30 days at a time, unless terminated as set forth below.

The User may terminate the ToS immediately upon notice. The User may terminate in the settings area at the latest the day prior to the expiration of the current term. Before being able to terminate the agreement, the User needs to ensure deletion of all projects the User is owning or administering.

Coder Society may terminate the agreement with immediate effect without prior notice for cause as set forth in these ToS. Coder Society may also terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice without cause. If any part of the Services is subject to a paid subscription plan, Coder Society may suspend that part of the Service if full payment is not made in due time, until full payments have been made.

After termination, the User will no longer have access to the account or the projects stored by Coder Society. All information contained in the account will be deleted by Coder Society. Coder Society is not in any case liable for the deletion, nor the deleted information or Content. The User’s right to use project files which are downloaded and stored outside of its Coder Society account will be available for the User’s use, however subject to the license provisions of the agreement.

How Users May Use the Services

By accepting these ToS, the User agrees that it may not:

  1. Provide access in any way to any third party, whether by inter alia selling, loaning or leasing access to the Services;
  2. Modify or alter the Services in any manner that may interrupt the User’s or any third party’s legitimate use of the Service, nor disrupt the Services or networks or other services connected to the Services;
  3. Use any framing techniques with respect to the Website or the Services to enclose the Coder Society or Veryfront trademarks or service marks, or the content of the Website, nor use any meta tags or other technique for utilizing the Coder Society or Veryfront trademarks or service marks or content without our prior written consent from Coder Society;
  4. Initiate data mining or other automated software or scripts in order to abuse the Services, including but not limited to create numerous accounts, conduct automated searches, introduce requests or queries or collect data by data mining; Store all or part of the Services on a computer or other device;
  5. Store all or part of the Services on a computer or other device;
  6. Misrepresent the User or any of its representatives or agents by impersonating any person or entity, including Coder Society, as well as the affiliation with a legal entity;
  7. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content or Third Party Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy, or other proprietary rights of any party;
  8. Use the Services to create or transfer unsolicited commercial email or spam;
  9. Introduce or transfer malware of any kind in the Services (whether uploading, posting or otherwise) including but not limited to any software, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Services or any software or hardware or the like;
  10. Disrupt the Services or any servers or networks connected to the Services;
  11. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law (local, national or other);
  12. Use the Services as a forwarding service to another website;
  13. Solicit credentials or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
  14. Use the Services outside the scope of the subscription, or alter, misrepresent or delete content submitted by third parties;
  15. Make any automated use of the Service or the Website; or
  16. Execute benchmark tests or analyses of the Services without written permission of Coder Society.

Coder Society has the right to immediately disable, terminate and delete (without prior written notice) the User’s account(-s) if the User is in breach of these ToS, or if Coder Society has reason to believe the User is in breach of the ToS.

Third Party Websites or Services

The User may use certain third party websites and services when utilizing the Service. Links to third party providers of services, tools and software (jointly “Third Party Services”) in the Service are not quality checked or controlled by Coder Society and Coder Society is not responsible or liable for any such Third Party Services.

The Services provided by Coder Society is solely an intermediary platform between the User and such Third Party provider, regardless if Third Party Services are bundled with or integrated with, or made available in any other manner in the Services. The User will use any such Third Party Services at its own risk and at its own cost. Any use of Third Party Services is the own responsibility of the User.

Coder Society will not in any way monitor or interact with the User’s dealings with Third Party Content. Any and all use of such Third Part Services are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions. Please review applicable legal text before engaging Third Party Services.


The User agrees that the User is responsible for the User’s use of the Services, and to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coder Society and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates and subsidiaries (jointly “Coder Society”) from and against:

  1. any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with Content or projects created by the User when using the Services;
  2. any third party claim regarding infringement or violation of a third party right, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or privacy right pertaining to the User’s use of the Services; and
  3. a violation by the User of this ToS or License Agreement, or any other stipulations or policies referred to herein.

Coder Society has the right to, at its own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim, legal proceeding or the like which is subject to indemnification by the User, and the User is obliged to cooperate with the defense of such claim at the request of Coder Society.

No warranties

The website, all content and Services available through the Website are offered “as is” and without warranty. Coder Society makes no representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, and specifically disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The User’s use of the Website, the Content and Services available through the Website is at the User’s own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that Coder Society’s aggregate liability for all claims, losses, liabilities, or damages (whether direct or indirect) in connection with the Services and your and the User’s use of the Services, in any event is limited to no more than the total amount of fees paid by the User to Coder Society under these ToS for the last 12 months or EUR 100, whichever is greater. In addition, Coder Society will in no event be liable in any event for punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages, or loss of data or content.


Any notifications from Coder Society will be sent to the e-mail address provided from the User or in the Services or directly to the User’s account. Any such notification made shall be considered to be in writing. The User is obligated to ensure that the stated e-mail address is accurate at every given time.

Amendments to the ToS

Coder Society may make amendments to or revisions of these ToS, including prices, by providing written notice to the User as stated above. Any amendments will be binding between Coder Society and the User, from the subsequent subscription period. By continuing to use the Services the User has accepted such amendments or changes. If the User does not accept the amendments or changes, it may terminate the agreement as stated above, before any such amendment or change takes effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These ToS and the License Agreement are governed by German Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be settled by a general court of law in Germany.

Entire Agreement

The ToS, together with applicable License Agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Coder Society and governs the User’s use of the Services, superseding any prior agreement between the User and Coder Society (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the ToS).
