RunEvent

One typed run event, as REST GET /runs/{run_id}/events/{event_id}: the legacy typed row and its CloudEvents v1.0 attributes. Normalized caches must use source and id together (Apollo keyFields: [“source”, “id”]); id alone is not globally unique.

`dataschema`	`String`	URL of the JSON Schema of data for this type; null for a type without a published schema.
`data`	`JSON!`	The event payload. Same value as payload.
`runkind`	`String!`	The kind of the run that wrote the event: agent, workflow or task.
