Transfer project ownership - Veryfront

transferProjectOwnership(input: TransferProjectOwnershipInput!): MemberPayload!

Requires project.members.manage and write action. Previous owners become admins; the new owner’s member AI budget is removed. Service credentials retain their existing restrictions.
