Save an existing source file’s pending full-body draft and its durable Yjs repair without creating an immutable version. Returns the actual draft sequence; identical bodies retain it. expected_draft_version guards the pending sequence (0 means no prior draft), separately from commit expected-version IDs; omit for unconditional replacement. Stale values return 409. URL-encode filePath, e.g. pages%2Findex.mdx. GraphQL updateDraftContent and MCP update_project_file_draft counterparts.
