Creates or updates textual source content in main or the selected branch. Each successful mutation appends an immutable file version. MIME type is not a writable source-file property. Checksums and version guards apply to updates; expected_absent provides atomic create-only behavior. If the file path contains special characters, URL-encode the file_path parameter (for example, pages%2Findex.mdx for pages/index.mdx).
