commitFiles(input: CommitFilesInput!): CommitFilesPayload!

Partial conflicts return success:false, committed versions, conflicts, and problem.status = 409; retry only refreshed conflicted files. REST commit and MCP publish_project_files counterparts.

`projectId`	`ID`	No	Deprecated: Use projectReference.
`fileReferences`	`[String!]`	No	File paths or UUIDs. Omit/null commits all pending changes; [] commits none.
`branchReference`	`String`	No	Branch name or UUID. Omit/null selects main.
`expectedVersionId`	`ID`	No	Expected persisted version UUID; requires exactly one selected file.
`expectedVersions`	`JSON`	No	Map from file paths or UUIDs to expected persisted version UUIDs.

Returns CommitFilesPayload!. Open the type for its fields and nested types.

Field	Type	Description
`success`	`Boolean!`
`versions`	`[FileCommitVersion!]!`	Versions that committed, including successful files in a partially conflicting batch.
`conflicts`	`[FileCommitConflict!]!`	Files whose stale preconditions retained their drafts; refresh and retry only these files.
`problem`	`FileCommitProblem`	Status 409 for stale-version conflicts; null otherwise. Authentication, validation, and resource failures use GraphQL errors.

Types marked with ! cannot be null. Lists use [Type] notation. The type index lists all published input and response types.
