Create upload folder

createUploadFolder(input: CreateUploadFolderInput!): UploadFolderSetting!

Requires upload write access and path admin access for visibility changes. Public visibility follows the configured paid-feature policy.

`projectReference`	`String`	No	Project UUID, slug or configured domain. Supply this or deprecated projectId, not both; omission does not select the context project.
`projectId`	`ID`	No	Deprecated: Use projectReference.
`path`	`String!`	Yes	Folder path; a trailing slash is appended when absent.
`visibility`	`UploadFolderVisibility`	No	Folder visibility (default project); changes from inherited visibility require path admin access. Default: `"project"`.

Returns UploadFolderSetting!. Open the type for its fields and nested types.
