One project cache entry, or a miss for its key. found=false implies value and expiresAt are null.

projectId | ID! | Project that owns the cache. |
key | String! | Cache key. |
found | Boolean! | Whether a live entry exists for the key. A miss is a result, not an error. |
value | String | Stored value, always decompressed; null when found is false. |
expiresAt | DateTime | Time the entry expires; null for a miss or for an entry written through the legacy no-expiry path (ttl=0). |
