`userId`	`ID`	Account that created the release.
`exportOutcome`	`ReleaseOutcome`	Export outcome; null when no export status is recorded.
`buildOutcome`	`ReleaseOutcome`	Build outcome; completion does not imply deployment. Null when no build status is recorded.
`deployOutcome`	`ReleaseOutcome`	Recorded deployment outcome, or null when no deployment status is recorded. Creating a release does not deploy it.
`createdAt`	`DateTime`	RFC3339 creation timestamp.
`updatedAt`	`DateTime`	RFC3339 timestamp of the last status or metadata change.
`assetManifest`	`ReleaseAssetManifest`	Release asset manifest state and version, or null when no manifest exists.
