Where a project allows inference to run. A project that stores no policy is served the defaults.

models | ModelRule! | Models the project itself allows and denies. They only narrow its account. |
defaultModel | String | The project’s own default model. Null uses the account default, then the built-in default. |

effective | ModelPolicy! | What applies to the project: its own and its account’s rules composed, and the default model a call naming none gets. |
