Runtime issues

  1. Open Logs.
  2. Find the error or time window that matches the issue.
  3. Check the active deployment, server, or route involved.
  4. Use Code to inspect the source linked to the failure.

Agent issues

  1. Open Traces.
  2. Select the agent run that produced the unexpected result.
  3. Review messages, tool calls, and timing.
  4. Use Tools or Agents to adjust the capability that failed.
